Agent not Responding
If you're Agent is not responding to your WhatsApp messages it could be due to a number of reasons.
Your number is not properly verified: Ensure your phone number has a working mobile service plan, this is required to receive the WhatsApp verification number and verify your number.
Your Business may require verification (although this should work without a verified Business).
Remove your Phone Number from regular WhatsApp and Business WhatsApp and begin the OAuth flow inside Agentive.
Meta Location services works differently in different countries, some users in Eastern Europe or parts of Africa may struggle to get this to work.

Blank Screen Error
This usually occurs when an error occurs with the OAuth connection between WhatsApp & Agentive. This can happen randomly and requires you to restart the WhatsApp connection process.
